At our conference centre, we’ll arrange a meeting with you and our Events Coordinator to talk through your requirements to help us get a good understanding of what’s important to you and ensure we deliver exactly what you need. It also allows you to see the venue and work with us to evolve an effective plan for your event.
Conference services and administrative support
On the day of your event, we can help you with all the conference services you’ll need to make your event at our conference centre a success from equipment sourcing and additional media support, administrative tasks like photocopying and document shredding, secure overnight storage to liaising with your preferred suppliers.
Although we offer everything you’ll need to host a successful event at our conference centre within our standard delegate day rate, we understand that you might like to hire additional equipment. We offer a range of extras from laptops and speakers, Portable PA systems to microphones or more flip charts and pens.
