The safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members is of utmost importance to us at Trent Vineyard Conferencing. Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, we have continued to follow and take action in line with government advice.
To help stop the spread of Coronavirus, our venue remains temporarily closed in line with government guidance. Our team are however continuing to work remotely and are available to discuss any upcoming bookings, or to answer any queries that you have.
You will appreciate that the coming weeks and months are uncertain, and we are continuing to work on plans for the point that we are able to re-open and host events. We have already started to implement a number of changes to become Covid secure. These include increased signage, one-way systems, revised room capacities to allow for social distancing, staff training, changes to how we deliver catering and refreshments, installing sanitiser stations and enhanced cleaning schedules.
We do anticipate a number of changes to how we can host events and will continue to make these in line with government guidance at the time. Please be assured that despite these changes, we will continue to provide the best service that we possibly can to our customers.
We will communicate more details of these changes as the situation develops, however if you have any specific questions then please do feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
We are continuing to contact customers who have events booked with us, to discuss event plans and arrange postponements where needed.
To give you peace of mind, we have also updated our policy on cancellation charges. We have removed cancellation charges for all events due to take place up to 31st August 2020. If you have a future event date booked with us, you are also able to postpone your event to a future date at no additional charge.
We look forward to welcoming all of our customers back soon as we are able.
